Just not the type of attorney who should have handled my case in this lifetime, hopefully he'll think twice before stepping into other sectors of law that he has no place being in next time the opportunity comes his way and stick to what he knows best, defending criminals. Which there's nothing wrong with that, just victim advocate attorneys are very different from criminal defense attorneys and the two should not cross paths. There's a reason you have different lawyers, because cases are meant to be handled differently and a victim's case should be handled completely differently from a retaliation TRO case. There's people who use TROs and there's people who need TROs and FROs, that's why they have special attorneys that work with the population I am a part of, survivors of DV and SA.

Brent is a very calm grounded individual. When I first sat down with him, he listened, and after asking questions, he positioned a direction on how to proceed. We went to court several times and each time he was relaxed and advised me prior to the proceedings.
I feel he was fair and just, and he always let me know there were alternatives and advised me well.
I find Brent to be a very patient, as well as holding wisdom way beyond his years of practice!

I hired Brent DiMarco, Esq. after I was charged with four (4) misdemeanor charges. From the very beginning, the only thing Mr. DiMarco promised me was that he would do his absolute best to try and help me. And he did. He answered my phone calls and emails promptly. Tormey's Administrative staff answering the phone were polite, competent and professional. During this ordeal, Mr. DiMarco kept me informed of the process, discussed my options with me and used various strategies until the charges against me were ultimately dismissed. Brent - thank you.

We were dealing with a refusal to submit to alcohol test, DUI, and 5 other related charges. He was able to get the refusal charge to stand alone and the others were dropped. He also was able to have the time of license loss run concurrently with another suspension, effectively adding no further loss of license time. The only downside was paying fines and fees. He tried to get a lesser charge (reckless driving) to stand alone instead of the refusal, but the prosecutor wouldn't go for it. We were pleased (overall) with the outcome considering what it could have been (jail time, long suspension, fines, etc.).

Great guy, informed me of the whole situation and what would ultimately happen. Everything went as planned, I played the ticket after my case and that was that. I would recommend Brent.

I retained Brent for a DUI. disorderly persons(paraphernalia), as well as many other charges. Without going into great detail, he got the criminal and the majority of the other charges dropped. He is very thorough and explains all available options throughout the case. I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired Brent as soon as I found out dcpp was called on my husband and myself. He set me at ease and walked me through the whole process. Dcpp wanted me to do a psych evaluation and drug tests but somehow Brent got me out of it. I signed releases for dcpp to speak to my doctors and after they spoke to them, my child’s school, and pediatrician, they closed the case. It was a long and scary process and I had no idea what to expect, hiring Brent was the best thing I could have done. He walked me through the process the entire time and answer all my questions. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, thank you!

I had a temporary restraining order, filed against me with false accusations from my ex girlfriend. I really didn’t know how I was going to pay for a lawyer, so it took me until 5 days until my hearing to finally be able to afford it. I met with Brent one time because it was such short notice. Basically was very blunt about what you need to do, and what’s usable in court. which is what you need in these situations. It’s your future, and reputation on the line. the 1st hearing was rescheduled, because she decided to go get a lawyer, because of how aggressive he is. The 2nd hearing comes along, and Brent was so persistent, and knew the law so well, and knew all the right things to object to. They were forced to do a voluntary dismissal. So satisfied with his work ethic, and the Tormey Law Firm. Thank you Travis for assigning him to the case.

Had a FRO from 16 years ago and have since been living overseas. Went to have it dismissed and to my surprise my ex fiance whom i have had no contact with since then decided to oppose my motion. Being thirteen time zones away made it quite difficult but Travis was there to answer all my concerns and always got back to me Brent assigned an attorney by the name of Brent to handle my case. Brent did an excellent job, and he absolutely destroyed my ex fiance's attorney as well as her reasons to keep this FRO in place. I highly recommend the Tormey law firm
