Did not respond to inquiries and messages in a timely fashion, and misplaced documents several times so I had to re-send (at my own expense!). Condescending attitude, and simply not available when we needed to be in touch with her much of the time. Seemed like she was distracted or that our case wasn’t important enough for her.
