changed my rating from 1 star to 4 because it's not really fairto rate the whole office badly because of one person. Russel and the staff are great aside from Gloria which she doent work there anymore. Once I brought to their attention my situation my case was filed and taken care of in one month.

Although there were a few bumps in the road, my case is DONE and I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Mr. Low is great to work with and because my case wasn't a simple filing, he made sure that I wouldn't have issues and it went very smoothly at court. He even gave me his personal cell phone # so if I had issues, I could call him directly!

Please READ. The insurance was not paying even after authorized so i was in process to make insurance company make payment. In mid time, I had been sued by hospital, so i received advertisement letter from Low & Low Attorney at Law, LLC I called office and one of attorney called me, while i was talking and explaining the situation so in middle of our conversation he (attorney) told me that he is getting call so he is going to give me call back in 5 minutes. NEVER called me even i have been calling the attorney for 2 - 3 times a day for 3 - 4 days. I would suggest this stupid firm and attorney to just say that you can not help, but don't spend people time, your money to pull public record, and your postage. Don't trust this attorneys, because they don't tell you upfront.

I heard about Mr. Low and his great paralegals by my co-worker she told me they are really good in what they're doing, they also are professional and explain each step of the way, and best of all the hours are very convenient. Before I called and set up an appointment to speak about my situation I was clueless on how bankruptcy works. But thank god I called and set my appointment up.
