I was "VERY Grateful" for what Mr. Banks did in regards to: "My Landlord Tenant Issue". And I will Definitely USE Him again with regards to "My Landlord Tenant Issues"! This man is nothing more than a used car salesman. He will not care about your children. He will not care about your personal items. He will charge you for frivolous emails and phone calls from his assistant. He will purposely have his assistant put you on hold only to rack your bill up. He will ignore important emails. Do not use this man!
