Mr. Howard Leopold was the lawyer that I should have started with. I wish I was introduced to him six years ago. I represented myself six years ago in my divorce with my ex wife. Emotional guilt and limited financial resources clouded my judgment to self represent. Howard Leopold grasped the soul of my legal problems and in the initial consultation made sense of every major nuance and distillates the arguments and sees the strong and not so strong arguments. His clarity of law and personable approach instantly put me at ease. The Appeal filed was the initial step in reversing the bulk of all the missteps and mistakes. The highlights in the Appeal brought significant understanding to the courts and the opposition. These key issues ultimately resulted in a settlement.
