Worst lawyer in New Jersey… Better off getting a public defender. Had the interest of lining his own pockets rather than the best interest of his clients.

Mr Zisa has represented myself and a few family members. We where all satisfied with the great service he provided us. His staff is also great. I really recommend him.

I spoke to Mr Zisa yesterday about a real connundrum where I have a family member who refuses to leave a home owned by my Alzheimer's stricken mother. The funds from the house are sorely needed for her care, but the family member is frustrating efforts to sell the property and refuses to pay rent. Mr Zisa gave me more than an hour of his time for free, listened gave excellent ideas on the way forward and even called me back with further useful information. I really appreciated his concern and empathy, not to mention his knowledge of the relevant subject matter law. I will likely hire him as my counsel

He helped me out with a case of refusal of serving a disabled veteran with a service dog.

Mr. Zisa has represented me in two occasions and did an exceptional job in both cases. He was always easy to reach throughout the process and, when not available, he always returned my calls promptly. The staff of the firm is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Both of my cases seemed very difficult to win but Mr. Zisa took care of them as if he was assisting a friend or a relative. Regardless of the type of case, his vast experience, and great litigation skills, are a great advantage that will most likely result in the best outcome for his clients(as happened to me in both of my cases)!

I hired Joe as my Real Estate attorney. Joe worked tirelessly to seal the deal on a very complicated closing. He worked to get me top dollar and I am so happy that I found him. Finding a Real Estate attorney was very difficult for me. Joe is also a Criminal attorney, so he is very busy, but he insured that my closing went through without hitch. Would highly recommend Joe as an attorney for Real Estate or Criminal. He is funny, pleasant, caring and compassionate and has a heart of gold!

I got my first summons ever for a careless driving, and of course I was panicking because I did not know what to expect. But Atty. Zisa constantly reassured me that everything will be ok. On my court date, he made sure to tell the Judge that I was a seminary student and was hence in no way a threat to society, and likewise amended my careless driving to an unsafe driving. The Judge consequently gave me the minimum fine for unsafe driving, which he said was rare. My goodness, I'm so relieved, because I saved a little over $100 for the fines. Really glad to have Atty. Zisa as my lawyer.

We live in California and our mother (age 90) lived in New Jersey. We were visiting our mom and discovered that she did not have a current Medical Directive or Living Trust. Attorney Zisa was so accommodating. He came out to our car to meet our mom, explained why these documents were so important and quickly gained her trust. We were leaving to go back to California in a few days, and Attorney Zisa made sure that we had a current Living Will and other documents before we left. We lost Mom a couple months ago.
