Joseph C. Zisa literally 'came to my rescue' with the sale of my house that was being horribly delayed due to the removal of an oil tank (and its remediation) that was insured up to ONE MILLION DOLLARS. The original lawyer just accepted the slow pace in closing due to several circumstances which Joseph very quickly reviewed, facilitated getting all the 'right parties' involved on behalf of the buyer, remediation personnel, insurance members and myself...to closed within 6 weeks from my first contact with him. You can't beat that. All involved were fine with this swift action headed by Joseph...buyer and seller in particular... which is all that the bottom line counts. He is the best! Use him!!!

I'm so disappointed they sent me to a physical therapy center that went out of business & I couldn't get my records had to locate them but they were there to collect their money which is crazy to me for 3 years waited on this case & the messed it all up I'm still in pain & need surgery & the money they got back covers NOTHING so I'm back to square one was recommended by them & it was the worst decision of my entire life!! PLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM they don't know what the hell they are doing!! All my money went to them basically!!
