My attorney laid out clearly all of the anticipated procedures of the court and possible outcomes of my case. He was totally spot on. He carried his self with cool, calm professionalism while clearly showing at all times respect for the court. Always prepared and punctual I’m extremely satisfied with retaining his services. SUPER LAWYER!!! Mr. Jason Foy is the epitome of a super lawyer! As complex as my federal narcotics conspiracy case was Mr. Foy’s guidance helped me achieve what I believe was the most favorable outcome for my particular situation while maintaining my freedom and dignity. He was well versed in the laws and strategies available that were applicable to my case. He was always available and willing to answer any questions I may of had even though he probably already answered the question before I even asked it. He was very patient and thoughtful during my tumultuous time. Federal charges can be as confusing as learning another language and Mr. Foy supported me every step of the way. He understands the language of the defendant and speaks the language of the court. I started on a very rough road and Mr. Foy got me to the finish line with the least amount of bumps and bruises possible for my situation without causing anyone else bumps and bruises as well. I'm told that the sentence I received is practically unheard of without cooperating and I believe I owe that to Mr. Foy eloquently conveying my situation and appealing to the judges discretion in his submissions which enabled the judge to use her wisdom and authority appropriately for my case. Mr. Foy was worth every penny in my book, In fact I may have even underpaid for his 5 star representation. I have no regrets in regards to retaining Jason Foy legal services. My family and others questioned why I would spend the money I spent and now they understand why. You cannot put a price on your freedom (I wasn’t going to at least). I needed the right man for the job and in my case that was Jason Foy! Mr. Jason Foy was incredible with his performance and service from the beginning to the end of our case. He always made himself available to any questions we had, and never made us feel unintelligent for not understanding the legal terms and processes. We had A LOT of questions yet Mr. Foy never once lost his patience with repeating himself or explaining things in a simplified non-legal manner. We never felt ignored even though Mr. Foy was managing other cases, he was always present.
