Without question, Adam is one of the most intelligent professionals I've ever worked with. His vast knowledge, insight and common sense advice were always perfect. He did such a good job with my divorce, that my ex-wife and I continue to join together for family events. He knew this was my goal.. and helped me to realize it. I am forever in his debt.

I had a great experience working with Adam. He skillfully and sensitively helped us navigate through the divorce process. Adam takes a collaborative approach and was able to keep us focused on the forest instead of getting stuck in the trees. While my ex-wife and I both had our own independent counsel, Adam's involvement easily saved us tens of thousands of dollars in legal bills that would have been incurred in conjunction with what I am sure would have been a much lengthier and more contentious negotiation process. My only regret is that we didn't involve Adam earlier in the process

The best lawyer and very nice dude

Mr. Banks does not fall under same category of most lawyers, he is thoughtful, not greedy, conscientious, easy to access if need be. He helped me with my cases and from the beginning he has been honest, even when things seem to be too much for me he reassured me everything was going to be OK and it was. he was heaven sent during some of my toughest times.
