Les voy a hacer el cuento cortó hace unos meses recibí una carta de LA Corte Superior de New Jersey ( NEWARK, NJ )donde me estaban demandando porque supuestamente yo amenace a alguien y ellos sin pruebas ósea sin ningún tipo de evidencia (fotos, llamadas o audios, etc) empezaron un proceso legal contra mi, aun recuerdo lo que sentí me estaba volviendo loco porque tenía mucho que perder y no sabía que podía pasar al final 🤷🏾‍♂️ llame al número que decía la carta de la corte y desde que contestaron la llamada sentí que iba a ir preso porque te hablan como si fueras una BASURA (CORTE SUPERIOR DE NEWARK , NJ ) y solo te dicen que te presentes en la corte sin ningún tipo de explicación y si eres una persona corta de mente o poco inteligente te pueden embaucar, desde que hice esa llamada sentí que algo no iba a ir bien así que rápidamente empecé a llamar vacíos ABOGADOS EN NJ ESPECIALIZADOS EN EL TEMA ( Terroristic threats ) ninguno me daba buena vibra Hasta que mi esposa y yo hicimos una última llamada más o menos a las 9 pm de la noche y el señor ALAN PEYROUTON contestó desde el primer momento en que hablé con el me sentí aliviado ( ME EXPLICO PORQUE ME ESTABAN DEMANDADO DE LA CORTE LITERALMENTE SOLO TE MANDAN UNA CARTA SIN NINGÚN TIPO DE EXPLICACIÓN Y QUE DIOS TE AMPARE PORQUE HARÁN CONTIGO LO QUE ELLOS QUIERAN ) El señor Alan me explicó todos los problemas que podrían suceder si no iba a la corte con un buen abogado y al siguiente día fui a su OFICINA y hablé con el en persona discutimos mi caso y las supuestas evidencias que tenían en mi contra y me aseguró QUE PODRÍAMOS GANAR MI CASO! 👏🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾 Y gracias a DIOS Y ALAN Se logro que mi caso fuera DISMISSED! Here is my story ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was travelling on business when my son was arrested for some pretty serious felonies. I did not find out until a day later. I was unhappy with the lawyer he was working with. I called Alan early on Sunday morning while travelling. He not only called me back on Sunday but proceeded to speak with me regarding the case for another hour plus. He really cares about his clients and I wasn't even a client yet. He emailed me a retainer application which I filled out from my phone. As soon he received it he went to visit my son that same day (mind you I still hadn't reached home). It made all the difference!
