Stay away from this firm. They will treat you as an ATM. Inflated invoices over charge . I hired them for a year and have and charged me over $35k and they accomplished nothing. They will creat any opportunity to charge you money. I met with one lawyer then next time has to be two lawyers and to repeat the same issue over and over again and the clock keep counting and charge for both lawyer and non of them do anything. Letter done by the paralegal and you charge big box for it. Email would not even take 5 minutes you will be charged for hours and hours for nonsense stuff and nothing got accomplished. My ex’s lawyer play the ball with them and they have no answer. They are not a game player they are money suckers . STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. Their firm just name and nothing more than a name but really they do accomplish nothing.

Let’s face it, divorce stinks! 20 years and poof! But Steven Cohen is excellent at his job, great listener, explains everything, timely, sensitive, professional and I truly believe he had my best interests at heart. What I l initially thought was going to be an amicable divorce rapidly declined when my narcissistic abusive ex had another idea in mind. I needed an attorney that I was comfortable with and felt safe representing my children and I. I researched a bunch of law firms and came across Moskowitz Law Firm. After fully researching the group, reading multiple reviews on each attorney in the practice, having a zoom session with the owner of the firm, I decided to go with this firm to help me with my divorce. This review is on my attorney Steven Cohen, Esq Partner of Moskowitz Law Firm. Steven stood out to me for a number of reasons I will explain in this testimonial. From my initial consult with Steven I immediately felt like he completely understood what my children and I had gone through and were still currently dealing with. Steven has the emotional intelligence and broad knowledge of many personality types, especially the more difficult types, and exactly how to combat them. My ex husband’s attorney is hands down the most vile person I have ever encountered. Right from the beginning, sending wildly inappropriate long winded weekly emails attempting to desecrate my character, attack me as a mother, and dehumanize me. In attempts to wear me down so I would cave to my ex's demands. As if I hadn’t endured enough emotional abuse from my ex husband, now he was able to triangulate the abuse through his attorney. With all of this going on making matters more difficult by dragging out the divorce far longer than necessary. Steven was able to successfully illustrate my toxic marriage and the issues that lead to separation to the court to make my children and I feel vindicated. Steven has always responded appropriately to the opposing party, not stooping to such Busch league behavior. Steven is a classy attorney who handled everything with effortless couth. He did not waste my time or money entertaining nonsensical tactics to prolong the divorce from the opposing party. Instead Steven continued to help me fight for my children and myself to get the best possible outcome, and accomplish what I desperately came to him for. Get A Divorce. Steven is honest, realistic, never over promised unattainable expectations. Steven is a compassionate and empathetic attorney, but at the same time a no nonsense straightforward pitbull. I highly recommend Steven Cohen for anyone going through any type of divorce but especially a contentious one. I had an excellent experience with Steven Cohen and the Moskowitz Law Group.
