Tomasella and Associates handled my divorce. From start to finish Victoria and Courtney protected my rights and explained them in an easily understood manner. I was very pleased with the service I received. The entire process saw me well informed of how my divorce was proceeding, as well as what I should expect going forward. As stressful of a situation that it was, not only did everyone help me not only understand what was going to happen step by step, but this level of attention calmed me and allowed an easier transition. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process with near daily communication and updates. Even after hours and weekends if I needed immediate assistance, all counsel was available to me and made sure to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, everyone was honest and straight forward with me the entire time. There were no surprises, which made everything run much smoother and therefore allowing me to focus. I am extremely happy with everyone at Tomasella and Associates. Both Ms. Vacca and Ms. Tomasella were incredible, and I would recommend them to anyone as their professionalism and caring attitudes showed they were truly concerned for their clients' best interests at all times.

Unfortunately my experience was long and drawn out.But thankfully, Courtney & Victoria were always on their A game!!! Sending scathing letters when needed, making call after call, and ALWAYS having my back. The thing I loved about Courtney was how she truly knew me. She knew how my mind worked, what I expected, what I wouldn’t tolerate!!! So glad Tomasella was my team!!!!
