Chris did a great job with my case. I had no prior record and he was able to help me through the PTI Process. The most impressive thing he was able to do was to reduce the amount of probation time that was originally offer, in addition to community service. He was able to review the facts of the case with the Prosecutor and due to the fact of my very low involvement, the Prosecutor agreed that what he had originally put on the table was a bit much. When it was time for my Expungement, Chris contacted me right away to get the process started, and now my record is fully clean because of it. Thank you for everything!

“It very difficult to put into words the gratitude that I feel for the help that Mr. Perry provided to me. I pride myself in being an upstanding, law abiding American, so it was extremely stressful & shocking to me when i find out from a state trooper, which pulled me over for driving to slow in the left lane on a highway that a restraining order was still active against me for an accusation from 20 year ago, I was 21 years old at that time, an immature young man. And to my knowledge, this TRO was dropped when my Ex-girlfriend and i parted ways during the final court days, we both had TRO's on each other, me for being drunk and verbally abusive and her for stalking me and the same, but being inexperienced in these matters, i kept the impression that she dropped her TRO when i dropped mine. Chris was respectful, courteous, well spoken and very professional. He slowly explained the entire process, prepped me patiently before the court hearing and it looked like he genuinely cared about his work.
