Found this firm through a lawyer of mine I had work with before . From the moment I met them they were informative and helpful with any questions I had along the process . My case was done in less than 12 months as other case I had with another lawyer took over 2 yrs . So I was very pleased & even she said she wasn't too happy with the outcome of the case but there wasn't much we could do, yet I was still satisfied. She tried her best and thats what matters. I was personally referred to Mr. Frank Carbonetti, an attorney at Lucianna and Lucianna, by another attorney that was unable to handle my case. Mr. Carbonetti was not only knowledgeable and professional, but he was kind, compassionate and put me at ease. He has an impeccable reputation in the law community, and I was more than satisfied with my legal representation. He is an asset to the firm of Lucianna and Lucianna.

I got a 2 BS moving violations (no blinker... I ALWAYS use my blinker, improper lane change) and when I went to the firm i SPECIFICALLY told the lawyer, the original Luciana's daughter, that I DO NOT want an "unsafe operation" plea deal ($400!)... That i could get that without a lawyer. I asked her to get the tickets dismissed because I had witnesses and picture evidence showing the lines on the road are not solid where the violation occurred. Well... On the day of court she comes to me with a "plea deal" from the prosecutor for UNSAFE OPERATION... WTF? Instead I made my OWN deal and paid/pled to the lesser point ticket. What a joke she was. Still ended up paying $400 for their "services". Do yourself a favor, sit in line a bit and wait to speak to the prosecutor yourself. These "lawyers" in the area cant really do jack for you. You are your best defense.
