I have been on this website all day trying to get a lawyer who actually honor the whole "free consultation" thing. Most have either not called back or avoided it altogether. He actually gave me a real consultation where he elaborated thoroughly and gave me detailed answers to my questions. He was generous with his time, and even recommended something against his own self-interest (told me how I can take care of my situation without the help of a lawyer). All I can say is society needs more lawyers like him.

I'm a small business owner so I have required his services with basic day to day needs and also some more complex situations. Fred is not only a great attorney, he’s a great guy. I had a ticket for speeding and he had gone above and beyond to make sure that this would not affect my driving record. I hired Mr. Goetz to represent my company on a collections dispute with a default customer. After some research on his experience and tenure as an attorney, I was convinced enough to employ him. Handled my closing on a complicated condo, the condo was first owned by an Estate then transferred to a custodian of estate and after the custodian passed the condo was sold to an LLC for 1.00 -this made the title company's and lending companies tough on our end and buyer end--Mr. Goetz did a fantastic job with research and providing the requested information both sides needed to get the condo sold- I would absolutely recommend Mr. Goetz for his services.
