There are no words to describe how incredible the Corcoran Family Law Group is. I knew the moment I met Sara Corcoran that she was the one that needed to take on my divorce case. I had met with a few attorneys prior to meeting her and not one of them compared to her. I hired her on the spot. She listened carefully, offered advice and genuinely cared about what I had to say. Sara hit the ground running with my case. I never felt in the dark and she always explained everything step by step. I have also worked with Karen Venice from the Law Group and she was just as amazing. She was always available when I needed her and was so incredibly helpful and on the ball. She listened to me complain countless times over the case, and never made me feel like a bother. She always responded in a manner that put me at ease. A huge shout to Kim Murphy, the paralegal. Kim is quick to respond to emails, walked me through the overwhelming amount of paperwork that I needed to fill out and was always happy to help. Sara Corcoran is one of only a few truly exceptional individuals that I know. Though I have never had the pleasure of working with her in an Attorney/Client relationship, I can certainly speak to her character. She is the “calm” during the storm. I had a terrible experience with Alex Coglianese, Esq. as the Guardian ad Litem for my child. Several times, Ms. Coglianese lied directly to the Court in various letters to the Court and to professionals involved in my case. Ms. Coglianese's main interest in the case was always billing for her firm rather than maintaining a relationship between father and daughter. Ms. Coglianese transferred from firm to firm several times during my case resulting in delays and unnecessary billing. Ms. Coglianese presents herself, because of a social work degree, as an expert in child custody but my experience with her suggested that she did not have a basic grasp of child developmental skills.

Could not ask for a better attorney…. Knows the right way to get a fantastic outcome… I worked with Joshua Buckner who I highly recommend.

I used Josh Buckner for my divorce and the regrets I have are vast. Unscruppled, immoral, deceitful and greedy, prolonged the process unnecessarily. He doesn't fight for you, he fights for his billable hours, not for your kids and definetly not for your future economic stability. In the end, there was nothing left to divide just debt on both sides. Disgraceful!
