I owe Jove this review for the wonderful work he did during my home purchase. No stone was left unturned throughout. Jove poseses great industry knowledge, cares about his clients and is dedicated to his craft. I am a first time home buyer and as expected, I was unaware of the details of the home buying process. Jove thoroughly explained to me the process and was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. He wants to protect his clients against any issues that may arise either during the process itself or long after the keys are handed at closing. Excellent service and support; also reasonably priced 😁.

lawyer basmadjian is a excellent person who likes to help people. One of the best things she has is that she can speak perfect english and perfect spanish. she is very open to always call you when is need on time so you dont have to go crazy trying to get things done in the last minute. In 2018, I had a wonderful experince with Jove! Jove is experienced, informed, organized, honest, and a pleasure to talk to. I had an AMAZING experience and I wish I could have had the same when I bought my home in 2010. When I bought my house in 2010, the attorney I used seemed shifty, clueless, and was a complete disorganized disaster. He had never explained other fees that came up along the way nor any of the process, likely assuming I wouldn’t understand as a single young female. It was a nightmare. Thank goodness I was referred to Jove when I was selling my home in 2018! I will 100% use him again when the time comes to purchase my next home. We hired Jove and his firm for a real estate purchase; he came recommended to us by our agent. Jove and Maria were prompt, professional, and very communicative. For instance, when Jove emails us a letter or agreement, he would summarize the key points and let us know what he thought of them. This was extremely helpful (and in contrast to the lawyers we worked with previously, who would simply email us the agreements without any commentary whatsoever, and we were left to figure it out ourselves and come up with questions to ask him). I would definitely work with Jove and his team again in the future.
