I was referred to this law office to work with a different attorney, who unfortunately had a full case load. The company assigned Mr. Gerber to me. When I spoke to him I went over the actions I needed help with and was told he could do it. Unluckily the motions and answers I needed filed with the court were never done. I'm actually in a worse situation than I was before I went to him because I've lost money not only by retaining Mr. Gerber, but also lost money with the mediator and other irrecoverable fees. I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone involved in a domestic violence case or who has a special needs child. He just doesn't get it.
