Jove assisted on my first home purchase, he also saved me from buying a house in a flood zone, omg that would have been a nightmare if Jove didn't offer his advise on that matter. Just closed on our first home. Jove explained to us the whole process and even pushed for fast closing on the brand new house based on what we wanted. The house isn't complete yet and he even informed us to hold some money in escrow for the remainder work.
