You never want to have to use a lawyer, or a legal service, but when you do, there is no better practice than DAME Legal. The partners are amazing, effective and attentive. The same applies to the associates. You get the feeling that your case matters more than billable hours which is something that sadly is lacking at other firms. My case was an extremely complicated case (I was the victim of a crime) and I needed a guide to help me protect my family and undo the harm that was done to my family. This firm got the results and ensured that my family was whole again, and that my children were protected. I am forever indebted to the dedication, effectiveness and support of this firm.

Ms. Albert handled my situation expertly. During a very stressful situation, I always felt that I was in good hands. They are very attentive and responsive which seems a rarity in that profession. Highly recommend!

Cuando llegamos todo bien pero después no me sentí cómoda al dejarle saber dl abogado necesitaba un intérprete y no quería fuera mi esposo lo sentí que no sintió conexión ni empatía estuvimos 5 minutos me dijo lo que necesitaba verbalmente ni siquiera algo anotado y menos cordialidad de su parte tenía otro concepto de el porque fui recomendada y cuando hablé en el teléfono con el no me trató así creo no le gusto mucho fue mi caso es algo muy complejo 😔que cualquier abogado quiera ayudar 😟

No communication skills, 4 years to settle and they were schooled by insurance company attorneys. Did not get me any where what they told me they thought case was worth. Read reviews before you hire. Lots of other firms would be happy to take your cases with better skills.

If you want a law firm that will embarrass you and quit on you when you need them most, and have already paid them a fortune, this is your firm. From the decrepit “law firm” environment in a disgusting old building you would be ashamed to work in, with dogs running around while the attorneys and employees looking like slobs, it’s obvious that there is no leadership in this firm. I’m sorry I hired them. If you’re someone with an opinion and common sense, I suggest you stay away because this firm will bully you and you will have no voice while they abuse their position of power, while achieving no results.

If you seek representation ask yourself do you want an attorney who settles a case for $20,000. Pays themselves $7,000, disperses a check of $1,000 to you and leaves you high and dry with over $4,000 in unpaid medical bills to fend for yourself. This is not the type of advocacy I would call having your back and fighting for your client if you ask me. Especially when your client is an elderly senior citizen.

I recommend this law firm to everyone. Ron Dario is a great guy and everyone should go to him. Great service and always answers the phone. If you are having legal issues see Dario immediately. I would leave more stars if possible.
