Mr. Davies was professional, understanding and empathetic to my plight as Power of Attorney for my ailing parent suffering from Alzheimer's. Not only did he win the case but did so swiftly minimizing my legal fees exponentially. He was quite intimidating in the courtroom and the other side didn't stand a chance. I have a 9 year old son who was moving from apartment to apartment yearly and by the time he had reached the 3rd grade, he had already attended 5 different schools. Academically, he was way behind his peers due to his instability, not to mention that in the 2nd and 3rd grade, my son missed a total of 49 days of school and was tardy 59 days. I needed to prove that she was incapable of taking care of our son, so a co-worker of mine referred me to Mr. Davies and I could not have been any more happier. I no longer have to go through sleepless nights wondering if my son was fed, made it to school on time or at all and receiving the proper direction in order to be a decent young man. Unfortunately, in cases like this, men have to perform ten times harder to prove that they are capable of raising a child under their roof. I have done my research and the odds of a father being awarded residential custody are low, but thanks to Mr. Davies, I was able to have a fighting chance and ultimately won.
