Steve has been our family lawyer for as long as I can remember from the closing and refinancing for my parents' house to the closing for my own house. For property tax appeals on a commercial property, his many years of experience will ensure that the offers that the tax assessor will give you is the right one at the time so that you do not end up incurring additional expenses during your appeal process. We made the mistake of trying to go for a larger reduction on our commercial property taxes but Steve's advice prevailed and we could have saved on unnecessary additional fees if we had just listened to him every step of the way.
