Mr Travis is the greatest lawyer. It would be highway robbery for me not to insure anyone that Mr Travis and his firm has your best interest and is very passionate about his clients. I don’t normally write reviews however this is a must. My son lives in the DMV area and was in the New Jersey area for his Bday a couple years ago and caught a serious charge. Mr. Travis comfort me because I had just lost a child to a car accident and when I tell you my son did not do any jail time but the two days which was late sat and Sunday. He is the TOP gun lawyer. Travis Tormey is the type of guy that will go to bat for you. He will work tirelessly to help get an outcome that you need. He knows what he's doing, and how to find answers to tough question. Even the small things, he cares. He even helped me out with Jury duty when I missed a cutoff time! If you're looking for a person that knows how to navigate the courts, and actually CARES about you, his firm is the pick.

Avoid Attorney Louis Keleher – Unprofessional and Unprepared 1.0 star Louis Keleher from the Tormey Law Firm for a Final Restraining Order (FRO) hearing, and it was a complete disaster. Before I paid him, he was convincing, making all kinds of guarantees that he could win the case. Once he received his payment, his attitude changed, and I quickly realized how unprofessional and incompetent he is. Louis failed to subpoena phone and text message records that would have significantly helped our case, despite my clear instructions. He didn’t even bother to prepare for the hearing. I had witnesses ready and wanted to testify on my own behalf, but he refused, simply because he didn’t want to stay longer at the court. It turns out he had another case that day and was more focused on avoiding delays than actually winning my case. Even worse, he received important discovery from the plaintiff and never reviewed it with me before the hearing. After we lost the case to a pro se plaintiff who could barely speak English, he had the nerve to demand an additional $6,000 on top of the $4,000 I had already paid. I genuinely believe he came unprepared just to lose on purpose and squeeze more money out of me. The kicker is that after we lost, I found out during the appeal process—at my own expense—that the discovery included evidence that could have won the case. He simply neglected it, failed to bring it up in court, and then blamed everyone else for the loss. His negligence cost me additional time, money, and stress. After pointing out all his failures and asking for a refund, he offered me a laughable $500, to be paid in monthly installments, while complaining about his own financial situation and living arrangements. His unprofessionalism was also noticed by the judge, who later told me I would have done much better without Louis Keleher as my lawyer. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with his representation. He is unprepared, takes no responsibility for his actions, and clearly lacks the skills and professionalism needed to properly defend his clients. Avoid him at all costs.

He would either answer our calls immediately or call right back if busy, we called multiple times in day & night, weekends & holidays. The patience he has must be the best in the industry.
