Very professional who lacks human connect. Didn't try enough to get a better deal or fight for my case. Not satisfied with the outcome. Could have been the same outcome with any other competent lawyer.

I was visiting NJ in May 2015 and was cited by a policeman for something that I did not do intentionally and it required a court appearance. I was really scared that it would affect my immigration status. I called different attorneys and finally had Mr. Quirk representing me to defend my case, which was the best choice I made! His knowledge in both criminal law and immigration law helped me go through the case smoothly. We went to the court together and my case was DISMISSED! It was a big relief for me and I definitely recommend Mr. Quirk to people, especially those worried about their immigration status, that are looking for the best result for their legal cases!

My husband was in deportation precedings , we went to at least five different lawyers for legal advice and all we kept hearing was: " There's nothing we can do for you, your husband has no chance to ever get a green card". One lawyer even told us, " Don't even try going to another lawyer because all he will do is take your money, and your husband will be deported anyway". We felt hopeless , but for some reason we decided to give it one more try. A friend of mine gave me a business card , and told me to call Mr. Quirk because he had helped her friend in the past. And that's how our life changing journey with Bill began. When we went to meet with him , I automatically felt that there is hope. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all the options we have and what the outcome could be, he didn't make any promises, he told us that the case will be difficult and that it will require a lot of time and patience , but he will do everything in his power to help us out. Our specific case was very complicated, it was like a roller coaster ride , but he was there for us every step of the way. At one point we were almost ready to give up, but he wouldn't let us. He is more than a lawyer, he's a friend. He is always there for his clients, there was not even one phone call , e-mail , or message he didn't answer. Unlike other lawyers I meet throughout the years, he is very passionate about his work and will go above and beyond for his clients. His clients are his priority . Thanks to him, my husband is now sitting here with a green card in his hand. Thank you from the bottom of our heart for everything you have done for us Bill, we will be forever grateful. And YES, he is the best immigration lawyer out there and we will recommend him to anyone in a heart beat!

The best lawyer I have ever met. He cares about his client and there well being. Very understanding and sensitive. In the courtroom his confidence makes you feel like there is nothing to worry about despite how much may be against you.
