Hiring Uliase & Uliase has been, and continues to be, one of the best decisions I have made with regards to seeking a federal schedule award for a worker's compensation injury. Their firm maintained contact with me throughout the process and worked as quickly as the federal system allowed to seek an award on my behalf. They looked out for my best interests at every turn, and they maintained professionalism and integrity from start to finish. I highly encourage those who sustained injuries on the job with ATF or other federal agencies to at least speak to one of the Uliase & Uliase attorneys and explain your circumstances to see what they can do for you. Okay, down to business. For those that worry about legal fees as I certainly did before signing a contract, consider how much money you would be able to obtain from the US Department of Labor assuming you seamlessly figured out the process of obtaining a reward, fought and won every legal battle or roadblock that the federal government will undoubtedly throw your way, and obtained (and possibly paid for) a doctor that likewise knew how to successfully navigate this process. It still likely would not be as much as Uliase would work to get for you. That's the thought process I went through. Not only is Uliase & Uliase experienced at doing this time and again, but the headaches and stress I was also able to avoid by hiring them cannot be brushed aside. I can guarantee, at least on my claim, that I would not have obtained nearly as much money from the federal government as they obtained for me. Therefore, in my case, the fees paid for themselves in the long run since I would have gotten far less on my own (and probably long after they were able to complete the process), even if I navigated this process correctly.

First of all I would like to say Uliase&Uliase are ride or die attorneys. I would like to THANK them for sticking it out with me for over 20yrs…..yes 20yrs!!! They have not once ever gave it any thought about giving up on me and my case with the United States Postal Service which at the end turned out to be a SUCCESSFUL case. I truly appreciate EVERYONE for their dedicated work on my behalf. They were/are always there for me when I reached out and always returning my calls….never making me feel like I was a bother. Everyone from Mr. Thomas Uliase, Russel Uliase, Alicia, Bill and the amazing Juliet. The receptionist is also always very nice, warm and friendly, not to mention very professional as well…..I say this to say I have spoken with receptionist at different law firms who were not so nice and professional, always giving attitude…..TONE is everything! Since my case started in 2001 with Mr. Thomas Uliase, who later transferred the case to his son Mr. Russell Uliase has been a EQUAL great experience with the BOTH of them. I would recommend this firm. I hit a dead end trying to get a scheduled award from the department of labor, I had surgery 5 times on my knees working as a letter carrier for the Post Office for the last 38 years. Russell got me wonderful results that I couldn’t have got from anyone else, even my union gave up trying to help me.
