I was going through a horrible divorce. No other attorney would take my case because of conflict of interest( my ex was an attorney) Jeff has gone above and beyond to help me He felt like a friend I needed someone with strength but compassion and he was both. During the divorce he also fought andwon a restraining order for me. He has kept me and my children safe and I will never forget the kindness this man has shown me.

I highly recommend hiring Jeff if you have custody issues. He understands the NJ family court system and helped me from day one. I hired him for an emergent custody case and he handled everything including the emergent custody hearing we had within three days of being hired. I cannot praise him enough for his continuous help. We have had Jeff as our attorney for four years representing us on two occasions. Both concerning custody of our granddaughter. He was most excellent both times. The first with the father, our daughter passed away from heroin, we wanted shared custody and he got that for us. The second when the father passed away from heroin, we wanted full custody and he got it for us. I could not have asked for a better outcome or lawyer. He is persistent and professional. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Jeffery Kerstetter was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told us what to expect, both good and bad. Jeff was very professional from the first time I met him. I worked with Jeff for a good amount of time. Most of the time I hadn't even hired him yet. If I could give 10 stars I would....he called out a attny that didn't do their job, spoke directly to a out of state court official at the court and child support unit to help a special needs child get his special needs trust funds. My divorce was so messed up from another state. He is working on now getting child support to be paid to my sons trust. Meet this man and I was in tears, now I can smile knowing that I have the right attny on my side. My Attny for Life!!
