Brian Reagen is my man!! Was very upfront with me about my case. Answered all of my questions that he could answer. If you didn't know something wasn't sure about something he would conveyed that to me. That's what you need a lawyer that straight up with you. If you got a legal situation go to the guy!

I needed a real good lawyer and didn’t know how to choose one so I googled lawyers in the area and started reading the reviews. What stuck me about the feedback for Mr. DePersia II was that all reviews were 5 stars and all said the same thing- he would get the best possible outcome and even more. I was sold and it was the best decision I’ve made in a while. He patiently explained the judicial process, what we were faced with, which was quite serious, then he went to work. At the end Mr. Depersia was able to reach a very favorable agreement for us and we would be forever grateful . I understand why he had won lawyer of the year. 😊

Probably the best lawyer in New Jersey. Not gonna go into details of my situation but he got numerous charges dropped, helped me keep my license, and saved me from getting into serious trouble. Between him and his assistant they always answer the phone, willing to work with every client, will fight for you and not just take your money. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - 5 stars 🌟

Mr. Depersia is the best lawyer I've ever had represent me. He got a ticket with a lot of points dropped and I only had to pay a fine for a documentation error. On top of that I got this ticket on a provisional license, which usually comes with higher fines and repercussions.
