Absolutely the worst lawyer I've ever dealt with. No one answers the phone. No messages are returned. Doesn't provide ANY information he was paid to do. I have absolutely no confidence in this attorney.

Robert DePersia is WONDERFUL. I knew he was highly recommended and well versed in criminal law but never having to deal with a criminal lawyer I was a reck when I first walked into his office but his mannerism and compassion calmed me down. Robert is the man! I got a DWI, Refusal Charge, Reckless and a few other traffic violations. When you get these type of charges, he would get you discovery and go over them with you and tells you what he believes he can do, made the process very easy. Towards the end of the case he told me he got everything dropped except my DWI which I was already happy with. When I came in for my last court date to plead guilty for DWI, he told me he got everything dropped even my DWI, and just plead a Reckless Driving. That just made my day as well! Great lawyer went above and beyond for me to get my charges dropped! Would 100000% recommend him as your lawyer if you get involved in these cases!
