I chose Robert Depersia,II after reading his many great reviews.
I now have to add another. He made it clear when I called that beating the charge altogether was not possible and explained best and worst case scenarios. We went to court today and I feel he did better than the best case scenario discussed. I could not be happier with the job he did and highly recommend Robert Depersia,II should you need a excellent attorney in South Jersey.

I interviewed 11 attorneys before making my decision. Ken was an easy choice. He was the only attorney that reassured me he would fight for me and invited me in for an in person meeting. He was knowledgeable in criminal law and timely received any necessary documentation. He was with me for four court appearances and I felt confident he had my best interest. I was found not guilty thanks to Kens diligence and effort into my case. I highly recommend him!
