I had a few questions about the way to approach some wages that were being held by a previous employer. I asked around for a month or so. I got many automated replies, and good luck emails. Richard Swartz was the only one who personally called me. He took time out of his day to discuss some of the nuance of the Wage and Labor Laws in Pennsylvania.
