I chose Robert Depersia,II after reading his many great reviews. I now have to add another. He made it clear when I called that beating the charge altogether was not possible and explained best and worst case scenarios. We went to court today and I feel he did better than the best case scenario discussed. I could not be happier with the job he did and highly recommend Robert Depersia,II should you need a excellent attorney in South Jersey.

Robert E De Persia is a top-notch lawyer in the city. I was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and an Accident in November of 2023, which is a first offense in America. As an international student, I was very apprehensive. When I first met Robert DePersia in his office, he gave me the assurance that he would get me out. I was a bit nervous due to his age and appearance, but he was one of the most powerful and well-maintained, strong and talented lawyers in the city.
