Although I did not proceed to hire Richard, I can say our consultation chat was very helpful to understand my options. Richard displayed true empathy for my situation and seemed knowledgable and caring - exactly the type of person anyone would feel comfortable having by their side to solve a legal matter.

Matt is the most amazing lawyer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he keep me updated on my case he sent very detailed instructions on how to proceed during my case and what I would need to do. He was very helpful and professional but down to earth too. Then when my case was over he let me know what to expect and it all came out exactly as he said. I highly recommend them to anyone !

I used this law firm and specifically dealt with Matthew Miller. I never had to chase Matthew down, never wondered what was going on with the case (the case was open and active for 4 years). He was in constant communication with me and even available to talk to me after hours, after I got off work at 5pm even with him being an hour ahead of us on east coast time. I can’t say enough positive things about this firm and Matthew Miller. They have been such a blessing!

Richard and his entire staff was a blessing to me and my family. Their professionalism and care to details displayed a reputation that hardly exist in attorneys these day I an proud to call on his services and refer all my family and friends to his law firm. I was advised to seek legal advice after being placed on administrative leave by my employer. After consulting with one of the attorneys, I received great advice and proceeded as advised. I was a little concerned about something after reading his thank you email but, was able to call his office and get clarification from who I thought was his paralegal. The fact that I received a call back with some legal advice was enough to give me hope. Nothing personal against my employer just need help understanding what happened…

I spoke to Richard about a noncompete agreement in place with my current employer. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to review everything with me in detail. He patiently answered all of my related questions and left me with a clear legal understanding of my situation. I will absolutely use him again in the future!

This is an absolutely incredible employment law office! The staff is really friendly and helpful.
