I had the unfortunate experience of having a work-related fall which resulted in physical harm with recovery needing significant attention. I could not be more grateful to Stark & Stark for their ongoing support and assistance, which resulted in financial remedy from workman’s comp and for pain in suffering. They were front and center each step of the way and their representation resulted in me not taking on the stress that would have been present if I had to make this journey alone, or with a less skilled attorney firm. My wife had a dentist totally destroy her teeth. She needed a complete total restoration with new implants. She went to Stark & Stark and they evaluated her case and told her she had a very good case. After years and years of them bouncing her case from lawyer to lawyer, they finally told us that we should settle the case for 70k which was just about the amount it took to do the restoration with a qualified dentist. She got nothing for the pain and suffering of having no teeth for 3 years. Totally the most unprofessional firm. Money is the only driving force there. If they can’t settle your case for a lot of money in the first few months, it gets put on the back burner. Never Stark & Stark.
