I would recommend Mr. Cody for any military service members. Mr. Cody went out of his way to support me in my case. His prior military service makes him knowledgeable and accustomed to military law and regulations.

I obtained Mr Cody's services for a summary court martial while on active duty in the U.S. Navy he went above and beyond what he was required to do and was not intimidated by the US government. He filed over 15 motions in regards to my case. He was able to do this because of the extensive knowledge he has of the military justice system. One week prior to my schedule court-martial the government dismissed all charges and I was exonerated of all charges. I then retained Mr. Cody to represent me at an administrative separation board after 12 hours of litigation hearings where he presented all of the facts the separation board found in my favor of three to zero I was retained in the U.S Navy with 12 years of active duty service. He even helped me with a congressional inquiry to have the negative marks and evaluations removed issued from my commanding officer.
