I decided to go with this law firm after my first meeting with Brian Held.. fresh off of a car accident I went into his office feeling somewhat scared, but after meeting and talking with Brian, I left the building feeling confident and positive.. my case was a little complex and it took over 3 years to close, and in those 3 years Brian and his team had showed and treated me with the upmost respect.. with these guys at this law firm, you will start off as business partners and by the time it’s all over you will end up as friends.

Steven Gaechter represented my son, Peter in his SSI case that was previously denied on two occasions. Ultimately, our appeal has been approved due to Steven’s assistance. Steven and his staff were very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Steven demonstrated high level of professionalism, and personal attention to our case. He spent ample time with us to walk us through the process and ensured we understood what was expected of us. He responded to every email and if we had questions or concerns, he was always available. This was our first time dealing with Social Security office and Steven has proven to be a very knowledgeable professional who knew how to maneuver and deal with the complexities of the Social Security Administration and he made it easy for us.
