DON’T BOTHER. I read the Google reviews about the lawyers being great but the admin being of no help. This is so true. I had to chase them to even get an initial appointment to talk about a will. Then I had to chase them again when I didn’t receive the email confirm she had promised. Mr. White was very helpful in our phone call, told me I’d get a summary via email. Ten days went by and I emailed Gwen the admin about it. She wrote back right away that first she needed to write the summary and retainer agreement, then she would start on the document. TEN DAYS LATER AND YOU HAVEN’T STARTED IT??? I wrote back promptly asking when I would receive this summary and retainer, and I never heard back. How unprofessional and useless. It’s a shame too because I’m sure the lawyer would have done a great job.
