Alison recently represented me in both a sale and a purchase. Both transactions included some contentious issues. Alison worked diligently to get through these, pursuing resolution and keeping me updated. I found her to be extremely responsive and helpful, providing advice and moral support throughout! I highly recommend her!

Alison Borelli is obnoxious and condescending..she doesn't "counsel" you like a lawyer should i.e. Helping their clients. She rushes you and you can't get any of your questions answered and the next thing you know she is insulting you. I had the worse experience with her when we closed my house back in 2015 and today an issue came up with the closing and she is still a nightmare.

We hired Alison to represent us in a sale of our Jersey City condo. There were issues with our sales agent moving to another brokerage, and Alison advised on navigating those issues even before we hired her, gratis. Alison was always quick to respond via email or text messages.

Our transaction ran into quite a few bumps and issues with the other party and Alison was quick to offer suggested solutions, while always being certain to help position us in the best possible manner throughout continued negotiations. Alison helped me through not one but two separate transactions and from two different angles, buying and selling. She was extremely professional and super responsive and really protected me as a client. Alison was very articulate in her defensive and provided multiple options to tackle an issue. She also took the time to walk through options when dealing with a difficult party. At the same time, she also helps set your expectations when negotiating on items that come up during attorney review and while under contract. I find that to be very helpful when trying to remain level headed and rational during such an important business transaction. She works very hard for her clients, and I never have a tough time getting a hold of her when I have a question. Alison just helped me close out a recent condo purchase in Union CIty, NJ. The services were superb from beginning to end.
