Brian helped us close on our condo in Union City. We were extremely nervous since there was a potential assessment looming but not yet confirmed. Brian reassured us that we should close with no issues, especially down the road. He was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable; closing was so easy that we were so surprised it was so smooth. I have never needed a lawyer before, but when our landlord tried to illegally get out of our lease early, leaving us in a bad situation, we contacted Brian. Brian is a brilliant lawyer — logical and strategic with every correspondence towards the opposing side. He was meticulous with our case. He is the perfect mixture of supportive to his clients and aggressive towards the other side, when necessary. Ultimately, Brian won our dispute and negotiated a settlement for even more than we asked for. Additionally, Brian demystified the legal process for us and made me realize that it is worth it to fight for our rights. Even though we hope to never be in a legal dispute again, we would use Brian 100 times over; we can’t recommend him enough!
