Let me begin by saying that my being pleasantly surprised with Ms. Weil is an understatement. Most importantly, Jennifer first made me feel comfortable(I had never been in any situation like this before). She answered every question I had regarding my student loan and answered questions I didn't know I had yet. I was very prepared, and because of Jennifer, I have successfully settled my student loan debt.
