I would highly recommend Brian H Kappock's Law Offices. Brian was recommended to me by my realtor and I have to say he truly didn't disappoint. From the first moment I spoke with Brian I knew I found the right lawyer, he was calming and confident. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and was extremely nervous. He not only eased my mind and nerves but he really took his time to explain and walk me through the process. I never once was treated as anything other than a valuable client by Brian. A few months after my purchase a situation arose and Brian did not hesitate to jump in and assist me even though it was not part of his retainer fee. Without his help I'm certain I would not have had the successful outcome I had. I am proud to me a client of Brian H. Kappock's Esq. and would continue to retain him for all legal matters that may arise as I know I am in the best of hands.

I have worked on about a dozen real estate transactions, working with Kappock Law was a 5-star experience in each phase of the process, beginning with the initial contract negotiation, the period between contract & closing, and finally all the administrative aspects of closing. Not only was Brian excellent to work on the deal terms, he and his team worked to ensure a smooth closing.

John Shari is an all star. He's insanely knowledgeable and is able to clearly explain things (in detail) in laymen's terms for those who are not familiar with law vocabulary. He's responds quickly, answers his calls personally, and is very straight forward! Before using John, I called many offices in which I was not able to get clear answers - that's NOT John. I highly recommend using him if you're looking for an attorney who cares about his clients! He's got urgency, passion, and is very kind. I'll definitely continue to work with him and refer others - 5 stars!!!

I’ve worked with Brian Kappock twice now, first when purchasing my home and again for selling it. Brian and Rosa are very fast and responsive. Brian anticipated road blocks and made the process go smoothly each time.

Nice guy. But gave us awful advice that we are still paying to fix. He talks too much and doesn’t listen enough. He’s ok if you’re simply buying a house. If you are buying an investment property or anything commercial, I wouldn’t work with him.
