My wife contacted Vaisman Law to discuss her tax options. She had a lengthy initial phone call with Ed where he gave her some information about the process and next steps. She spent a week gathering all the information required to move forward and contacted him letting him know she was ready for payment. And she never heard from him again. She spent three weeks sending texts, leaving voicemails, and emailing the office. They ghosted her. We assumed maybe there was a family emergency but it's been three months and still, radio silence. I'm not sure how you can empathize with someone over the phone then leave them hanging in their time of need. Extremely disappointing.
