Ed is personable and professional. I remember calling him on what seemed like one of the worse days of my life. I was confused, flustered and overwhelmed. He picked up my call immediately, listened to me ramble a mile a minute, calm my nerves then proceeded to lay out the best advice and course of action to take for my situation. He was kind and patient every step of the way and was always available to answer my questions and concerns via email, text or phone call.
