During the course of my legal matter, he proved to be highly knowledgeable, always available to counsel and answer questions (By operating in concert with his client’s schedule, not his). Mr. Vaisman makes certain he is available even after business hours (Via Office Telephone, Personal Cell and E-mail). Mr. Vaisman is a notable attorney who is capable of delivering personalized service to each of his clients; not the usual Another-Case-On-The-Calendar approach. In addition to explaining and exhausting every possible (and best) option (and exploring reach one), he is also an effective negotiator when a legal matter involves multiple and uncooperative parties such as banks and/or their legal representative. Mr. Vaisman delivers the results he promises; and will not promise what is not possibly deliverable. There are many actions that a client should independently manage during a legal matter, but Mr. Vaisman fully understands the taxing nature of any legal proceeding, and willing to assume such additional actions.
