Working with Ken was fantastic from beginning to end. Having to go through a very arduous settlement with a business partner was complicated to say the least, but Ken handled everything with poise and professionalism throughout. I certainly felt that I was in very capable hands each step of the way. I cannot recommend Ken and the Mohen Cooper firm group more.

Mr. Kast did a great job assisting with the review of my employer agreement. He redlined items that needed to be removed and recommended alternate legal language to make the agreement more ironclad. In addition, his rates were very competitive. During our meetings Ken was very professional and adhered to my time sensitive deadlines. He went above an beyond on this project and I plan to use him again for my future legal needs.

Mr. Kast is a hard advocate for things he believes in and I am fortunate to say that his passion for justice was a win for my Teaching Career. The hard work and endless hours Mr. Kast put into my case overturned a wrongful termination from the NYC Department of Education. Mr. Kast is a thoughtful person who was compassionate to the struggles my family and I went through facing a loss of identity, unemployment, and financial difficulties.
