Given it was so long since I had purchased my home, I had many questions and concerns about the process - I must say I had the absolutely best attorney representing me in Laura Fisher - she is professional, caring, patient and does the utmost to represent her clients - I highly recommend her if one is looking to buy or sell a property - her office staff were top notch as well - I could not have asked for better representation. Laura helped us with our multi-family purchase. She was responsive and answered all of our questions. She was patient with us as first time home buyers and explained the contract process and provided a schedule to help us stay on track with the process through closing. She supported us when we had to terminate our first contract due to significant issues found with the property during inspection and she worked to get us through a fast closing under our second contract before our interest rate lock expired.
