Laura is the best! My partner and I recently bought our first condo and, as complete newbies to anything related to buying property, we feel extremely lucky to have worked with Laura. She was available on short notice when our offer was accepted and entered attorney review, she explained the contract clearly and updated it quickly, and was always there to answer any questions we might have and help us troubleshoot any problems that popped up. Laura is knowledgeable, a joy to work with and in general just a great person. Absolutely recommended!!

We're very glad that Laura helped us sell our condo. We were able to make the sale remotely with minimal muss and fuss. Laura made this possible by being available via text, email and zoom; by communicating effectively with our New Jersey realtor as well as with us; by reliably keeping on top of what she needed to do for us and when. She was direct and pointed in her communications, organized and expeditious. Laura was very much in charge throughout the process of selling our condo. One example that comes to mind is that she saved us the cost of buying a prepared package of documents from our condo building's management company. This would have cost us $450 and caused a delay. She also researched an LLC tax form the Buyer's lawyer presented us with, which did not pertain to our condo. We found Laura friendly, easy to work with, efficient and always helpful.

Laura helped us navigate purchasing a property in New Jersey when we had never done so. It is quite a different process than in California so we needed help. I think my favorite thing about Laura was her responsiveness. In an industry where be ghosted for days is the norm, Laura stood out and was quick to respond every single time I reached.
