This is my second time having to turn to Morgan and Morgan for assistance and just like a Superhero you show up for me. Thank You so Much

Morgan and Morgan talks a big game on the radio but it’s just a voice. I suffered two back to back accidents within a 9 day span. I wanted to keep everything under one umbrella and Morgan and Morgan GA and KY had failed to communicate internally with in their OWN organization. In result having to drop one case. (Talk about insult to my collateral injuries) I took that loss to the chin. Moving forward GA case manager Amy lack empathy and would try to talk over my voice during a time of need. It was like she was reading a script. She would put the phone down when i would speak. Im dealing with life long injuries and all i got was a $7800 settlement. I have no idea how i am going to continue my treatment and i feel helpless. I am an athlete and judo has been a part of my life since ive been 9 years old. Today i am 29 have three herniations in my neck one in my lower spin and my pelvis was damaged leaving me with a limp having to learn how to walk again. It been 9 months since the accident and i am walking again but i cant participate in the sport i love how ive been training for the past 20 years of my life. Let alone have no idea when I’ll be able to compete again. Morgan and Morgan has done everything they’ve could done LEGALLY but due to Georgia state law they were only left with the minimal option of going after my insurance. Per to the person operating the vehicle who hit me was stolen. I lived in 3 states within the last 12 months Fl, GA and having to result back to my mothers in NJ due to the accident per Financial reasons and all i hear on the radio is the same thing. Promises that Morgan and Morgan would be there every step of the way yet, there was an immense lack of contact. Calls for repeated files which i already uploaded on the app. It was as if the case manager would overlook everything i uploaded which i believed i was doing my part. Which I believe as a company they should have these type of employees retrained. Every time i attempt to train I feel pain, I take no medication and 16,000 dollars worth of treatment ive received, all im left with is an ice pack. In the end of it all I am a warrior at heart and will continue the very small amount of physical therapy knowledge provided to me. In hopes to one day being able to compete in Judo. My name is Fernando Aguilar and my life has been completely alter by these accidents and I helpless/ let down by insurances and GA state laws that are placed to help the plaintiffs (the non-injured).

So far I'm impressed.
