I found a buyer for my condo within two weeks of listing it and the buyer wanted to close within two weeks of contract signing. I'm so glad to have found Laura to help me with the closing. She's knowledgeable and responsive. When I had questions she answered them clearly. When I needed to talk to her, never had a problem. She listened to my concerns and gave great advice. The closing process was smooth. I understand why she's voted a superlawyer by her peers. Highly recommended!

Laura came as a recommendation for my wife and I through our realtor, and we're so lucky he introduced us to her. Laura was incredibly on top of everything each step of the way in the process, with excellent communication skills (I send a lot of emails), that were always answered in a prompt and timely manner. As first time home buyers, she was fantastic at explaining what each step in the process was for and at closing she carefully explained what each paper we signed meant, and answered our numerous questions. We also had some stuff come up after we closed and Laura was quick to get in contact with the Seller's Attorney on our behalf. I can't recommend her enough for your home buying journey!

As a first-time homebuyer, my wife and I were confused and needed proper guidance. We hired Laura Fisher (recommended by my realtor). She explained to us the attorney review process step by step. She always responded to my email and negotiated with the seller's attorney behalf of us. Because of her assistants, we were able to close our first house on 08/19/2022, and she was with us at the closing table and explained all the questions we had. She has excellent communication skills, and it is very easy to work with her.
