Where do I start? Well long story- short. I got into a mess with my child's father that led to serious issues and consequences for both of us, mine was a little more severe ( I blame that on emotions) but I was facing some legal problems that needed attention. Will Proetta worked in silence and was not only knowledgeable but was as a man of his word. He told me from the gate what would happen and later was able to assure me what the end result would be. Our first appearance in court he was able to get it dismissed! Wallah! He was also very fair, and humanistic. He didn't overcharge and he was very understanding of my payment schedule. I would hire him again and I would also refer him to anyone else I knew who needed an attorney. Great guy, a great lawyer and I would consider him a friend. He knew most if not everyone in the courtroom. I'd say people in the area respect him and his work ethic.

William was a very professional lawyer. I was unfortunately caught up in some legal issues a few months ago. Being 22, I was very nervous and had never been in trouble with the law. It was important to not have a criminal record from my serious charges. As I was seeking full-time employment. William and his team made the situation go by with ease. What was allegedly beating up a bunch of people, breaking a car, and taking someone's possessions turned into pleading guilty to "shouting and yelling and disturbing the peace," a local ordinance which when broken is only punishable by a fine and no criminal record. His creativity and charisma make a scary combination, extremely low prices for being the best lawyer in the State, no other options would make sense.

My future was in the hands of attorney William A. Proetta . I was charged with shoplifting at a store in Union City A charge that could have ruined my reputation and future for a lifetime if convicted . I called his office and he immediately returned my call from his cell phone I explained to him the details of my case and also told him there was a 1,500 dollar bail . With no hesitation he spoke to the prosecutor and judge and I didn’t have to pay for the bail he was able to set up a court day for me . On my court day my charge was dismissed in less than 20 minutes and he made the arrangements to get the charge expunged from my record I can’t thank him enough . I highly recommend Attorney Proetta .
