Mr. Carbone has represented me on three personal injury cases as well as other cases. He has also represented my family on different matters. He was able to recover more than what I was even expecting for my accident cases. I appreciate his honest assessment and that he delivers what he promises. He has a no nonsense style and does not sugarcoat anything. I wanted an attorney that could represent me aggressively and fight for what I was entitled to and he did that. Through all the years that he has been representing me, it has become very clear to me that he works very hard to represent his clients and obtain good results. I will forever be grateful to him and his staff.

Divorce is a difficult process at best. Anthony was there every step of the way for me and tried to keep a mentally straining part of my life from becoming overbearing. His commitment and responsiveness were a big help.

I retained Mr. Carbone back in September for a child custoday/child support case in October. I was promised that my ex would not get any of the things he was demanding and that we would not mediate. Well the day of court, Mr. Carbone showed up 45 minutes late for court(his office is only a block away from the court!) When he decided to show up he meet with the opposing attorney and mediated against my consent. Nearly everything my ex was demanding was given to him with out a fight. The attorneys decided to work on the child support increase themselves I'm still waiting for that increase from October. I've called Mr. Carbones offices about 25 times since December and each time I am told I'll get a call back. I finally spoke to an attorney today and he told me that the snow is holding up any update, snow holding back a case from October. Nice to know Mr. Carbone and his firm has no problem collecting money without finishing a job. Totally disappointed...

M e n t a l I l l n e s s and s h o p l i f t i n g are a bad combination to be dealing with in the Jersey City Superior Court where sentences can be severe. I witnessed Anthony Carbone walk into the court's administrative office and within minutes come out with it agreed and arranged- and the judge signed off - to send our case to a lower municipal court where generally sentences are lighter. (Several criminal attorneys in Hudson County told me it was impossible. They were wrong!) Once at the municipal level I observed again his skill with informal discussion with the prosecutor agreeing to recommend to the judge the matter should be a treatment resolution and not a court punishment. Both the judge and prosecutor showed great respect for Anthony Carbone and the matter was dismissed by the judge. Anthony Carbone is the BEST......of the BEST! He IS Competent...Compassionate....Efficient...and we felt WE were his MOST important client!

I met Mr. Carbone after I interviewed a few lawyers in New Jersey to defend me on a case with my very bitter ex-husband. My ex husband and his horrible mess of an Attorney Maggie Khalil tried to settled the case with terrible terms on my child's custody that I did not have to agree to. It is very difficult to find an attorney that is both aggressive, effective, but still incredibly loyal and understanding to his clients. Mr. Carbone is the best lawyer anyone could ever have! He was very good in getting my cases resolved in my favor. He fights hard for his clients. I had 2 cases, child custody and auto accident that I brought to him and he won both of them. He sits down with you and listens to your problem. He then puts his plan into effect. I am a local business man. I was sued by another business man and I was really worried about how this was going to turn out. I had heard of Anthony Carbone's reputation, and knew that he was the best to represent me. The case was heard in Superior Court in Hudson County. When Mr. Carbone got to cross- examine the witness for the Plaintiff he tore him apart. I have never seen a witness destroyed like that. Because of Mr. Carbone's aggressive cross-examination, the Judge threw out the Plaintiff's case and I won. The case did not even have to go to the jury - this guy got the whole thing dismissed. I was thrilled. This guy is the best!
